Alisa – the Princess of the Ocean – Expect More Than A Cruise! Alisa Cruises began with a vision in 2016 to provide a new, different kind of service than what was on offer at the time. We fostered a connection among people on our cruises while providing 5-star services to everyone on board. Everywhere that Alisa goes, we bring luxury worthy of a princess, for which the company is named.
Everything we do at Alisa Premier Cruise is to facilitate a greater connection between customers and staff; we commit to providing the highest quality service and acknowledge that the needs of the customer should be put first.
We consider ourselves to have a dual responsibility towards society and the environment and the way we conduct ourselves on and off the ship reflects this. We are devoted to keeping the trust that customers continuously place in us and are constantly inspired to be the best cruise in Halong Bay that we can be.
Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Cruising (L/D)
07:30 – 08:20 Our bus will arrive at your hotel in the morning and your tour guide will meet you in the lobby.
08:30 Follow the activities of the locals on the Red River Delta on the 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay from Hanoi. We will have a short refreshment stop in Hai Duong province about halfway through.
12:00 – 12:30 Relax in the Alisa Cruise Lounge with a welcome drink as we prepare to welcome you on board your Alisa Cruise ship at Tuan Chau harbor. Upon boarding, our cruise manager will give you a short introduction and safety briefing. We will depart as you check into your cabin, from which you can watch UNESCO Heritage-listed Halong Bay glide smoothly by the window.
12:40 – 14:00 Our wonderful chefs will put on a beautiful lunch consisting of local Vietnamese and international ingredients. Eat it in the restaurant while admiring the hundreds of limestone karsts passing by.
14:00 We will pass by the Cua Van area with its floating village and wealth of caves, including Tien Ong Cave, Ho-Dong Tien cave, Trong Cave and Luon cave. Along the way, we will see some of Halong Bay’s most famous sites, such as the Dog Stone Islet, Soi Sim beach, Fighting Cock Island, Coconut Tree Island and the Incense Burner.
15:00 You will have the opportunity to go kayaking in the water around the Pearl Farm Village. This is a 45-minute activity and is great for soaking in the tranquility of the bay.
16:00 Depending on the season and weather, you will have two options:
OPTION 1: Visiting Ti Top Island
Ti Top Island has a beautiful beach with plenty of swimming opportunities. You can walk up the steps to the viewpoint on top of the island and its 360 views of Halong Bay.
OPTION 2: Visiting Pearl Farm Village
The Floating Pearl Farm Village became established in 1995 and was run by a Japanese company before they handed it over to Vietnamese people. We will see exotic pearl varieties like the South Sea pearl and Tahitian Black Pearl and discover the process that goes into harvesting them at the museum. Afterwards, we head to the processing room and see a worker opening an oyster to reveal the pearl inside.
17:30 Enjoy our Sunset party back on board the boat with a huge range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the Alisa Sky Bar. There is an option of a massage at this point, check out the massage menu for prices.
18:00 – 18:30 Our master chef will put on a cooking demonstration on the sundeck, showing you the perfect way to make Vietnamese spring rolls. It is buy 1 get one free at the bar afterwards as you sip cocktails in the glow of a Halong Bay sunset.
19:30 A big dinner is laid out for you in the restaurant and you have the rest of the night to your leisure. Perhaps you want to head to the bar, pick from our selection of movies, or have a go at some nighttime squid fishing before retiring to your cabin.
